Registration Fees
Registration fees are expressed in Euro.
Early bird rates apply if paid by 25th June 2025.
How to register:
The registration process must be done online in your personal account and consists of three steps:
- Complete the billing data
- Select the fee you want to pay
- Review and pay the registration fee
Once the payment by credit card is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please follow the registration steps until “Review and pay the registration fee” in order to download a proforma invoice. Then you will be able to save the information and quit the page.

ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 5% deduction on the delegates fees.
Speakers are required to finalize their registration before 25th June 2025
in
order to get the presentation included in the Conference Programme.
Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from
their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student.
Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed
successfully.
Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund
on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 120 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before
August 1st, 2025. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
There will be no refund to the author registrants.
