Call for Invited Sessions

Plenary Lectures will be complemented by Invited Sessions organized by recognised experts in targeted research areas and related to all the important topics of the conference.

Participants interested in organizing an Invited Sessions at STRUCTURAL MEMBRANES 2025 are requested to submit an abstract of their proposal in PDF Format by using the template available here.

Invited Sessions proposals, should be submitted through the conference website no later than 24 November 2024.

The abstract should briefly illustrate the contents and objectives of the IS, as well as the name of the organizers. The list of prospective speakers is not required.

We particularly encourage proposals for Invited Sessions in new and developing areas that broaden the fields of application.

Each IS may have one or more organizers. For organizational reasons, a Corresponding IS Organizer (who will submit the IS proposal and be in contact with the Conference Secretariat) must be appointed.

To submit the abstract with your IS proposal, please follow the steps below:

1. Register to the conference here with your email address. Introduce the Pin Code you will receive as well as the password you want to use. Complete the information in your profile.
2. If you are already registered, login to your account here.
3. Go to "My congress" and, then, "My contributions" on the menu you will find on the right-hand side of the page. Click on "Submit proposal" and you are ready to go!
